SC92F series touchkey MCU is a super-value industry-grade Flash microcontroller with 1T 8051 core, and its instruction sets are fully compatible with traditional 8051 series.

      This series is integrated with 4~32KB Flash ROM, up to 2KB SRAM, independent EEPROM, up to 46 GP I/Os, 16 external interruptible IOs, 3 16-bit timers, 17-channel 12-bit high-precision ADCs, 1 analog comparator, 8-channel 12-bit PWM, IO drive step control (LED segment port), 1 16*16-bit hardware multiplier and divider, internal high-precision (±1%) high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator and ±4% precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, externally-connected crystal oscillator, UART and other communication interfaces. To improve the reliability and simplify the customer-specific circuits, this series has internally integrated with 4 levels of optional low voltage reset (LVR), 2.4V ADC reference voltage, low-power consumption (WDT) and other highly reliable circuits.

      This series is built in up to 31-channel double-module high-sensitivity touchless capacitive touch circuit, which is able to realize touchless buttons, spring buttons, pad buttons and other touch applications, all of which have passed 10V dynamic CS tests. SinOne has provided highly flexible development software library and automatic debugging software to ease and intelligentialize the development.
